Estimated Profit = Selling Revenue − Product Purchase Cost − Packaging Cost − Platform/Other Deduction.

What will be reconciled?
The system calculates actual net settlement received, product purchase cost, packaging cost, returns/refunds, fees and final item-wise net profit. Products with high return loss are highlighted for stopping, quality improvement or price review.
For best matching, first upload all daily Order CSV files for the same month. A settlement row that has no matching imported order will appear as unmatched.
